1. The promise of confidentiality of Fairware

When you participate, your privacy is assured.
Under no circumstances will we disclose your details to anyone.
This privacy statement applies to all of your personal data.
Your data is used only for study purposes and never for commercial purposes.
We promise not to share your information with companies that wish to use them for commercial purposes.
We will keep confidential any information you may provide us in your Registration on Fairware.
The only personal data that we use will be used anonymously for statistical treatment. They allow us to improve the quality of service we bring to you
No personal data is stored by Fairware after closing your account.

2. Membership of Fairware

Fairware agrees to comply with the ethical rules of the law of January 6, 1978 on “Data Protection”, which guarantees to registered users of Fairware the right to access and correct their information. For inquiries, please contact :

3. How are data used?

Fairware has a security system to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. The names, addresses, e-mails, telephone numbers of the members of our panels are secured in a database that is accessible only by a limited number of Fairware employees
4. Non-disclosure to third parties

Fairware does not share its database with other companies. Any personal user information is thus sent outside of Fairware. The only information Fairware may communicate to a third party are anonymous statistics to improve communication with customers and potential distributors.

5. The possibility of cancellation

Fairware members may decide to no longer be part of fairwa.re. We respect this decision to decline any participation and do not try to contact you again. The panelists who wish to cancel their membership at any time can contact fairwa.re by e-mail from their account or from the generic form of contact of the site. Once we receive the request for termination, Fairware may ask you to answer a short questionnaire asking you why you want to cancel your membership. The answer is optional, but allows us to better manage our future users.

6. Notification of Changes

If we use your information in a manner different from that stated in our Privacy Policy at the time of your membership, we will notify you by e-mail. You can choose to accept or reject those changes; instructions will then be given by e-mail to tell us your choice. If the changes do not affect you directly, we will publish on our website a prominent warning preventing our members on the modified page.
